Pender Harbour Golf Club is about five kilometers north of Madeira Park.
This 9 hole course was built with a unique combination of flat and hilly fairways. Water hazards are scattered throughout to add to the challenge of the game. The fairways are fairly tight, with elevated greens and tees that enable you to take in every great view of the surrounding mountains and scenery that the Sunshine Coast is famous for. |

| Sakinaw Lake is the largest lake on the Sechelt Peninsula and is known for its large Cutthroat trout which can reach over 4 lbs. Kokanee, Sockeye and Coho salmon can also be found. |

The Skookumchuck Narrows Provincial Park offers an easy 4km interpreted hike to several vantage points – great for a picnic and to see the waters come rushing in! |
